Phyllis Lambert celebrated her 80th birthday in January with much ballyhoo. Architects from around the world showed up in Montreal to pay tribute to the philanthropist/activist, whose contributions to modern architecture have changed the landscape of cities like New York and Montreal forever. And now, there’s a new film out about her life: Teri Wehn-Damisch’s documentary Citizen Lambert: Joan of Architecture. It is being screened in Toronto on February 24 as part of the Reel Artists Film Festival. Image - Filmoption International Inc.
