It’s almost April and if you’ve managed to stick to the whole gym routine thus far, then pat yourself on the back because more than likely people that started with you, may have fallen off their commitment already. Just a reminder; please make it a habit to know beforehand what your visit to the gym will look like the day you attend. Keep a workout journal of routines for certain days and avoid just walking around aimlessly hogging all the machines, not knowing how they function and especially not cleaning them off after your have sweated profusely over them. Get yourself together please.
